Ocean Sonic Resort Sanya, Sanya

I recently stayed at a resort that offered a spacious and comfortable environment. The rooms were fantastic, but I felt the overall facilities could use an upgrade. While the service was friendly, I did encounter a few hiccups along the way. The dining experience was a mixed bag, with some decent options but also areas that need improvement. Overall, it was a relaxing stay, but far from perfect.

This resort has a lot going for it, like the huge pools and spacious rooms, making it a comfy choice for families. However, the dining options are quite limited, and the location isn't ideal as there aren't many nearby amenities. The staff is friendly but mostly speaks Chinese, which can be a challenge if you don't know the language.

I had a wonderful stay at this resort! The pool is absolutely gigantic and during my visit in June, I didn't feel crowded at all. The beach right across the street is pristine and not overcrowded. However, the location is a bit isolated with few restaurants or shops nearby. Despite this, the spacious rooms and friendly atmosphere made it a memorable family getaway.

The resort offers spacious apartments that are clean and provide a comfortable stay, particularly for families with children. The main pool is entertaining for little ones, but the overall dining and service aspects are lacking. While the grounds are well-kept with a nice atmosphere, the amenities and staff engagement fell short of expectations, making it clear that improvements are needed to truly achieve a 5-star experience.
